Terms & conditions

1. Copyright vests in the photographer, so usage rights are for the original commission only, unless otherwise agreed.

2. Purchasers, lessors & lessees of subject properties are not permitted to use images for onward rental, or any other business purposes, unless they buy additional usage rights from the photographer, and get permission from the relevant vendor and estate agent.

3. Clients may keep a copy of the images as a personal record.

4. Payment within seven days of receipt of an invoice (unless by prior arrangement).
